STEP 1
Our facility is equipped with a blast booth that features a two-post hoist, allowing us to elevate your vehicle for comprehensive access. To ensure thorough rust removal, we carefully remove the wheels, chassis guards, and any necessary plastic panels. By utilizing our blasting techniques, we effectively restore the affected areas to a pristine state, revealing a clean white metal surface that surpasses the factory's initial preparation.
STEP 2
Our epoxy urethane coating solution serves as an excellent alternative. This top-tier 2K Marine grade urethane, developed in New Zealand, boasts exceptional quality. Its remarkable durability surpasses that of many factory coatings, even when used independently
STEP 3
Our concluding treatment involves the application of Cavity Wax, a specialized product designed to be sprayed inside chassis rails and box sections. This wax comprises rust killers/converters and possesses elastic properties, effectively repelling water and impeding the growth and formation of rust in difficult-to-access areas.
